Management Consulting

Management Consulting is aligned with general consulting to management in a number of business topics and aspects. Engagement planning is used to plan and schedule work to be done during a consulting engagement. Business planning is used to plan future business activities while business strategy is used as a tool to refocus a company or change a company’s business direction. Product strategy is used to reinvigorate existing products while introducing new ones. Branding is to ensure that a company’s message is clear and consistent. Marketing activities are to ensure that each company is well represented in the business domain in which they reside. Mentoring and coaching company leaders is the final element of Enterprise Transformers management consulting capabilities.

Due Diligence

Enterprise Transformers 5 Stage Due Diligence process focuses primarily on identifying, evaluating, and quantifying investor risk in each PE deal presented. 

 

In Stage 1 of the process, we will identify which of the 20+ Due Diligence categories will be required and review with our client. The due diligence team will be assembled, ensuring that consultants are identified with the most subject matter experience and expertise. We will incorporate into the team a financial expert as well as a legal expert along with a Subject Matter Expert with specific expertise and knowledge in the domain/industry of the Due Diligence project at hand.

 

 In Stages 2 and 3 of the process, we begin the process of requesting and collecting documents for review, analysis, and documentation of findings resulting from our review and assessment. We will also develop a due diligence thesis – or a statement of “what needs to be believed”. 

As we collect requested documents, we will likely identify further documents that will assist the Due Diligence team in the analysis of collected data. 

 

In Stage 4 of the process, we will analyze the collected raw data and develop data into findings and conclusions that will be referenced in our final report. We will also document areas that require remediation and opportunities for business and/or digital transformation.

 

In Stage 5 of the process, we will prepare our final due diligence report that will summarize and document our due diligence thesis, all of the findings, conclusions that have been developed, areas to be remediated, and the opportunities for business/digital transformation. 

Professional Services

Enterprise Transformer’s Professional Services group engages in technology-related projects leveraging experienced project managers who plan, schedule, and manage each technical professional services project.  The Professional Services group will be engaged in literally all technology projects including Digital Transformation projects. For most projects, Enterprise Transformers will engage professionals from our Provider Network to fill many  team roles while project leadership roles will be staffed by Enterprise Transformers Professional Services Delivery Managers.

Provider Network

One of our valued assets is our Provider Network. This is a virtual network of professional organizations and individuals who can assist with Due Diligence, Business Transformations, Digital Transformation, professional services projects, and other projects that are discovered where Enterprise Transformers can leverage our Provider Network.  Our Provider Network will also be the virtual point of reference for the temporary placement of CXX-level company leaders.

 

Regarding temporary placement where executives are omitted or absent, we can provide many leadership roles that will be filled with our client companies.  We can provide most of the major senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, CMO, and CFO.  We can temporarily fill other roles as and when the need has been established and the roles to be filled have been identified. To add emphasis, all of the C-XX roles that Enterprise Transformers will place are temporary with the client company required to actively seek suitable candidates to permanently fill the roles.
